The Building and Zoning Office is located in City Hall. Building permits are required for all new residences, building additions, decks, fences, sheds, gazebos, porches, signs, commercial remodeling, and demolition of buildings.

Please check with the Zoning Officer prior to beginning any construction or, if you are in question as to whether you need a building permit.
