Grundy County Housing Authority

The Grundy County Housing Authority is an independent, non-taxing Illinois Municipal Corporation chartered pursuant to the Illinois Housing Authorities Act.  Our mission is to provide safe, decent, and affordable living opportunities for all program qualified residents of Grundy County, Illinois.

Working in partnership with the United States Department of Urban Development, the Illinois Housing Development Authority, private investors and donors, our homes are a safe haven for some of Grundy County’s most vulnerable residents.
